Shipping, refunds and exchanges
We aim to ship all items the next working day after you order. If we cant get things off within a couple of days we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery time. We use NZ Courier Post to ship all items. Though Courier Post aims to deliver within 2-3 working days, sometimes packages can take up to 5 days to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time please contact us by email at email@example.com and let us know asap. We will do our best to locate your item.
AOTEAROLLER DERBY GEAR PURCHASING AND RETURNS POLICIES
Aotearoller Derby Gear will provide you with all the info you need to get the right sized gear, but ultimately the decision is up to you. I will happily exchange wrong sized padding, provided it is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Additional postage fees will be required and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I will exchange non custom skate packages between sizes 6-8. Unfortunately, because skate styles and sizes vary so greatly, we are unable to exchange sizes outside of this range as they are less common and thus may not sell on. We are also unable to exchange boots and plates that have been ordered in for a customer.
We would like to get your order right the first time, especially if you are having your skates custom mounted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our exchange/return policy for your order please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
You must contact us within 14 days receiving your order for a return or exchange. All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in unused original condition and original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. Please do not ship any returns to Aotearoller without first notifying us.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Items that can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
Custom mounted boots.
Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted by AOTEAROLLER DERBY GEAR or elsewhere).
Special order items.
Non-stock items. This includes skates outside the specified size range.
Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
Sale, clearance, and closeout items.
If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued.
Aotearoller is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by any mail carrier service.
